Hala Exander writes about swimming with Special Olympics Brighton and Hove / 7 August 2012
Special Olympics Brighton and Hove is a sports club for people with learning disabilities. It encourages people to be active.
I do swimming and my favourite strokes are front crawl and breast stroke I have entered lots of competitions.
I won a silver medal for a 50 metre race.
For the competitions I have to wear a black hat. I have goggles to stop the water stinging my eyes.
